Painting

Gianna asked if she could help paint our canvass for the Fundino playground. She had a go at using paint and a thin brush. Gianna followed the lines very carefully and made sure that she is not painting beyond the lines. Well done! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fundino playground

Gianna showed confidence in walking on the planks in the Fundini playground. She also waited for her turn very patiently.

Popoids

Gianna enjoyed playing with popoids in the construction area. She built a person and was able to identify the hands, shoes, tummy, neck, eyes, nose, ears, and head. She did it patiently and did not stop until she finished it. She said, "I'm made my dada!" and pointed to each body part. 

The Very Hungry Caterpillar

Gianna joined in our story time session. She helped in counting the pictures from the story The Very Hungry Caterpillar. She was able to count 1-10 successfully.

5 Currant Buns

Gianna was able to actively join in singing 5 Currant Buns. She was able to recite 1-5 and tell the correct number as we took away one currant bun at a time.

Gianna's first movie

Gianna went to her first movie and watched Cinderella. She was very brave going inside the cinema. She sat quietly and enjoyed the movie with her mum and dad.

Popoids

Gianna sat quietly in the construction area and built her model independently. She connected all the popoid pieces together for the body and added the head, hands and shoes. She made another one afterwards and said "I make one for Mako!"

Counting

Gianna counted the blocks 1-10 whilst pointing at them one by one. She was able to recite the numbers in sequence but needed support in counting using one to one correspondence. 

Weekend 07.03

Gianna attended her friend's birthday party. She was very happy to play in the park and was very brave to try to get on the swing. She told her dad to push her and exclaimed she felt dizzy afterwards.

Baking for Ate Danielle's birthday party

Gianna woke up early Saturday morning to help out in baking cupcake for Danielle. She was very excited to mix all the ingredients together but was very tidy the whole time as she made sure to keep everything in the bowl.

Playdough

Gianna made an ice cream for me and Ms Precious. She made a 'cone' and then rounded and twirl pieces of playdough for the ice cream. "Ms Crislet, ,look! I made ice cream for you!" She also said "I made a really big one for Ms Precious!"
